Wild applause. Ruto tries to get out of her seat, but one of the Gorons holds
her shoulders so she can't move. The other girls are too sensible to move.
Link (who is wearing his classic green tunic etc.) bows to the audience, then
picks up his microphone and speaks to the assembled girls. He looks slightly
embarrassed.
Link: I'm really sorry about any problems I've caused you, but I have to explain. Ruto? Ruto: (eagerly) Yes, my darling fiance? Link: (groans) Not again! Look, I'm sorry if you thought so, but I'm not going to marry you. I can't. |
