The King was pleased with the Kimono - both a mystical item, and a functional
part of anyone's wardrobe! Fortunately, he never wore the kimono on state
visits. Unfortunately, the kimono was worn by him on an unofficial visit to
the Zora kingdom, and the extremely embarrassing diplomatic incident that
followed led to him abdicating in favour of his son, who gave the tunic to
the King of the Zoras (Ruto's father) to apologise for the whole incident.
What nobody, least of all King Zora, realised was that the Queen had been in
range of the kimono at the time...
So there's another good thing. Ruto is actually Linky's aunt, if I have my generations right. Eww. |
